Biography
Hailing from Valence, France, Heavy Crown is the solo project of Duncan Thery, a singer-songwriter and performer. Drawing inspiration from bands like Royal Blood, Muse, and Twenty One Pilots, he brings a powerful rock sound mixed with catchy melodies and hints of indie and rap. Duncan adds a unique twist by splitting his bass sound to play both bass and rhythm guitar lines simultaneously, creating a rich and dynamic live experience.
After releasing a debut EP on January 19, 2024, Heavy Crown took a major step forward by unveiling its first full-length album, Living Lies Again, on February 14, 2025. Initially formed as a trio, the project now continues solo with Duncan, marking a new chapter and solidifying its sonic identity and stage energy.
In November 2025, Heavy Crown comes back with a brand new single named Countdown.
